This Black Pale is hip to be square, a high kick to your taste buds. We wanted a complex, but drinkable, interesting ale. The base is rich with oats, spelt, wheat, caramel rye & roasted malts. We tempered the chocolate and roast notes with a blend of fruity/floral hops (Dr. Rudi, Simcoe & Amarillo) and finished with a dusting of a Honduran Comsa coffee bean blend for a syrupy, watermelon, strawberry highlight, courtesy of Homestead Roasters in Upper Black Eddy.

HOPS: CTZ, Amarillo, Mosaic, Dr. Rudi, Simcoe
