Kettle Sour

Sour, fruity, tart & hoppy.  Speaking “to” tongues in the back alleys of the American Dream. Carry the misfit mentality into beer and give 365° of flavor. The launch and float of an arrangement of multiple rhythms drifting in and out of each other. A little creature in the spirit of naïve experimentation.  A kettle soured wort of pilsner, wheat and Lactobacillus plantarum blend lay the melody and structure upon which we picked up and turned it around atop wild sacch, lactose, hibiscus, pink guava, and a dry hop of Belma, Azacca & Hallertau Blanc hops. Notes of strawberry seed, pink lemonade, tart hibiscus tea, pink guava kombucha, an earthy and fruit bounty.
