Kettle Sour

Sour the kettle and ripen the pint. This is the Kokomo package. Fresh squeezed pina colada fruit salad swimming into the depths of lactose, golden malt, malted oats, flaked oats & unmalted wheats. Soured on local wildflower honey and finished with California Lager & wine yeast. Then conditioned with coconut and purée. Sweet and tart, but effervescent refreshment. Smells like pineapple froth, white grape, Chardonnay. Tastes like fresh pineapple blended into canned mango slices, peach nectar and Welch’s white grape juice. *Contains Lactose
