Savage Henry

A red 1971 Chevrolet Impala convertible busts ass through the ethereal dessert day break daylight into dark from Barstow to to the hidden densities of Sin City. The mission at hand? To croak a scag baron named Savage Henry. A throwback Red Rye American IPA, manipulated with some crystal oats and crystal rye to crystalize the edges. Paved with Nugget, Mosaic and Belma hops. And “the truth is,” we clubbed it with a dry hop to just about rip the lungs out. Notes of toasted granola grinded into blueberries & strawberries, caramel and coffee underfoot with some herbal vapors.
