Our post holiday, “Holiday” Belgian Ale. We added roasted purple yams to the mash, seasoned with ginger, nutmeg, allspice in the kettle and finished with raspberries in the fermenter. Greater than the sum of its parts; Tart raspberry, Belgian yeast spice, soft notes of chocolate and caramel and gentle layer of fall spices.
