Ahoy! Welcome to our all inclusive Lobster Resort. As the snow melts, the ground thaws and Spring is around the bend we decided to get after it and brew a sun umbrella beer. This old salt is kettle soured and finished with Kolsch yeast. Both sour and salty, cut by pilsner and wheat dough, the mild acid level is tempered with an almost lime zest salty character and a faint floral/citrus spice from the seasoning of Pink Himalayan sea salt and Indian Coriander. Dry, tart and thirst quenching. Brewed in conjunction with our good buddy Karl!
