American DIPA | 8.2% ABV | Eggers Motueka & Eggers Rakau
Absolutely effin soaked with our hand selected Motueka and Rakau lots from our homies @eggershops. The base of this thing is straight up velvet cushion softness sipping like "White Room" or "Sunshine of Your Love" up in here. Think peach rings, apricot, lime zest, grapefruit peel, orange oil, and soft tropical fruit. Big and lush, but still bright and expressive. Rakau brings the round orchard fruit, Motueka brings the lime/citrus snap, and a touch of NZ Cascade gives it that grapefruit floral lift that keeps the whole thing from feeling too heavy.
