Built lean and mean. Calm on the surface, with a snap, crackle, and pop tight on the finish. Pale, crackery, and dry, with firm bitterness where it counts, followed by the noble cadence of Hallertau Mittelfrüh, clean wildflower and soft evergreens. Sterling (NUVO) lifts things with a subtle citrus-herbal note, while a dry hop of Hallertau Blanc brings white grape, lemon peel, and a light floral edge. Clean, crisp, and quietly bold.
