Stammtisch is our take on a Franconian-style amber lager, built around the idea of the regulars’ table. The Stammtisch. The kind of place where the beer flows freely, the mugs stack up with rings of foam as one round turns into the next, maybe we all sing in the round, who knows!?

It’s malt-forward but never heavy, layered with fresh bread crust, light toast, and a subtle honeyed depth from a blend of pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts. Noble hops add a soft, structured bitterness that keeps the finish clean and balanced. The result is a beer that sits right between a Vienna Lager, an Export Lager, and the everyday amber lagers of Franconia, flavorful, polished, and endlessly drinkable.
