This is our homage to the classic American stout our generation all grew up on — smooth, balanced, and endlessly pintable. Expect notes of cocoa, caramel, and coffee wrapped in a creamy, silky, clean finish. It’s a stout built for year-round enjoyment, not just the cold months.

The aroma is cocoa powder, toasted bread crust, light caramel, and a touch of fresh coffee. What follows post sip is layers of milk chocolate and roasted coffee up front, rounded by caramel sweetness and silky oats. The roast character adds a gentle, bittersweet edge without being overwhelming.

This offering is named after the Whippoorwill, a nocturnal bird long woven into American folklore and song. Its call, often heard at dusk, has been seen as a sign of mystery, transition, and even protection on dark nights. Just like the bird, this stout is most at home when the sun sets — a companion for evenings with depth, calm, and a touch of the unexpected.
