Above Ground Pool Party - Four Pack

American DIPA | 8% ABV | Citra, Anchovy & Cascade NZ

A few weeks back the good homies from @icarusbrewing rolled north to kick out some jams. We opted to mess around with a new to us hop the elusive Anchovy from the folks @segalhopranch. A super fun experimental hop that is throwing watermelon hard candy, raspberry, and more danky pine then expected which pairs interestingly with the white peach, tropical fruit and red berry notes from the @freestylehops Cascade NZ. All that jazz laid softly on top of a big ole chewy base of mixed wheat, oats, chit and pilsner sets the stage banger of a new tune in our hoppy repertoire.
