American DIPA | 8% ABV | Motueka, Citra & Segal Ranch Cascade
The Staten Island fam from @killsboro, always the gold standard of hospitality, invited us to their great annual event called Pizza Party a couple years ago and we knew we needed to make some magic with them one day. If you haven't been to their newly built taproom, drop everything and go because it's a revelation. As for the beer, we agreed on running with our house blend to lay down a layer of Passion Fruit, riding the softness train with all Pils, Oats & Wheat and tapping into our recently landed, fresh, hand selected lot of @eggershops Motueka paired with the always amazing Cascade from @segalhopranch and our favorite lot of Citra from @crosbyhops. The result is a smooth and creamy tropical lime journey that we hope you enjoy.
