Mountain Lager | 5% ABV | Stirling
We had the honor of brainstorming out a fun new lager with our good friend Todd from @goodwordbrewing. The mission was set the minute we laid eyes on BSI's Colorado Mountain Lager yeast strain, make an elevated Coors Light 😜. We focused the malt bill all around the beautiful offerings from our friends @rabbit_hill_malthouse, little bit of spunding, and a little bit of horizontal tank conditioning time and we think we accomplished our goal. Crisp and clean with mild yeast esters. Tap the Watchung Mountains!
