American DIPA | 8.9% ABV | Citra, Eggers Nelson Sauvin & Eggers Riwaka

In honor of the annual @drownedlandsbrewery event Wild Acres we birthed this wonderfully vibrant hoppy offering built on a backbone of local craft malt from the great @rabbit_hill_malthouse. Some lovely farmhouse pilsner, Matapeake 2-Row, Red Wheat & Oats creates a pillowy soft and slightly chewy sweet dance on the palate. The hop profile is a bit of a rollercoaster with some dank pine on the front end and some lovely berry and white grape on the finish.
