French Pilsner | 4.9% ABV | Triskel & Hallertau Blanc
“Mise en place” is a French phrase meaning “everything in its place.” In the kitchen (and the brewhouse), it’s about preparation and balance — just like this beer: clean, precise, and purposefully built. This concept was developed with our friends @thelandinghillsborough including chef @tonyshuz, whose culinary approach inspired us to treat brewing like cooking — selecting ingredients with intention, layering flavors thoughtfully, and creating an experience greater than the sum of its parts. Their kitchen is one of the most wonderful dining experiences in New Jersey, and we encourage everyone to visit and taste why they’re so special!
As for the beer, it's a take on a French-style Pilsner — crisp, floral, and citrusy, brewed with French Pilsner malt and a touch of chit for foam. Balanced with French and German noble hops, then lightly dry-hopped with Triskel and Hallertauer Blanc, it’s clean and refreshing while showing off a modern aromatic lift of bergamot, lemongrass & white grape.
