West Coast IPA | 7% ABV | Eggers Special

This batch puts Eggers Special front and center showcasing its citrus, tropical fruit, mango and dank green character. NY Triumph HOPSAUCE, Simcoe and Centennial CO₂ extract build underneath it with grapefruit, citrus peel, light pine and resin, giving the beer enough classic West Coast structure to keep all that fruit from getting soft or sweet. The result is bright and aromatic up front, mango, lime/citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruit, followed by a greener, danker hop edge and a firm, crisp bitterness.
