Grisette | 4.8% ABV | Strisselspalt
This is our take on a grisette — It’s like a lighter, more refreshing saison — a crisp Belgian farmhouse ale historically brewed for miners after work. Bright, dry, and easy-drinking. Ours is brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, wheat, and a touch of rye, hopped with Triskel and Hallertau Blanc, and fermented with crisp, bone-dry finish. Naturally carbonated in-tank, it’s bright, snappy, and highly drinkable. Notes of white grape, soft spice, and floral hops with a crisp finish.
