WINGS OF NIGHTMARES| American IPA | 7.5%

American DIPA | 8.5% ABV | Eggers Motueka & Citra

We had the pleasure of making beer with our friends at the legendary Jackie O's Pub & Brewery a few years ago and we finally got around to our half of the fun.  The OG birth of the first thiolized yeast strain was the inspiration for the first beer and the top note aroma was so strong it filled the room..  We wanted to try & match that pop so we leaned on our harvest select Eggers Motueka, used strategically, to push heavy notes of candy lime wedges & those green Little Hug Grenade Juices. The palate leads with perceived sweetness but finishes slightly dry with  resinous slightly overripe tropical fruit from the Citra.
