Polish Pilsner | 5% ABV | Lubelski

This is our take on a classic Polish Pilsner — a clean, crisply bitter lager brewed with Polish-grown Lubelski hops that display interesting low notes of bergamot, cinnamon, and lemon and some Prostejov Czech Pilsen malt to lay down a nice soft Bohemian base track. Fermented low and slow for clarity, balance, and tradition. Spunded for natural carbonation and laid down to condition for 5 weeks in the horizontal tanks to crisp things up and round everything out. A snappy noble finish makes this one dangerously drinkable.
